Pros

Normally hours available if you want to do overtime so there's always that option. Pay isn't rock bottom minimum wage e.g 18-21 is £6.00 per hour.

Cons

In relation to the massive pay increase that managers get in comparison to us and supervisors, you'd think they would pay us a bit more with the stress and customers we have to deal with especially when you see the weekly revenue figures. Managers (majority) also treat you like they're so much above you and cannot possibly engage in any retail operative duties because they're too busy talking to you like you're something on the floor.

Pros

Good for overtime and amazing team to work with

Cons

Managers treat you like you're in high school, communication is very poor. They act like the weekend job is more than it is and put pressure on you if you don't complete it, or moan and talk behind your back

Pros

- Variety of work. If you put in the effort, management will trust you will jobs other than folding tshirts all afternoon. - Always overttime available.

Cons

- The customers the shop attracts. You will be treated bad by customers - The amount of work expected from you. If you set a good impression then you will always be expected to maintain that standard. If you set a bad impression you will get away with murder. - No staff benefits - except one week in December 10% discount - high staff turnover - Reluctant to approve holiday requests - Forced overrtime on bank holidays - Not allowed to book bank holidays off -
