      Pros

      Every week our store has team building activities which are really fun, the pay is great, lots of opportunity for overtime. The management team are so enthusiastic, they make it a great place to work. Also, the store based P&C team (HR) ensure that any qualms are solved by an independent party, not that I have any!

      Cons

      Shifts can be long, especially for supervisors. And supervisors are held responsible for all staff movement throughout the day, but that's what they pay me for so don't mind. Making mistakes at Primark is not an option either, with management constantly looking for mistakes.

      Pros

      No uniform dress code for visual team members Two 15 minute breaks and an Hour lunch Get to Dress and Undress many mannequins, they're allocated per department which makes the much job easier and organized to follow

      Non-creative role Beware job description does not coincide with actual job responsibilities Favoritism and a lot of kissing up Payroll errors

      there are no pros whatsoever

      no employee discount...managers and coaches do not seem to know what they are doing.. they are also very unprofessional and unapproachable ... most employees are BEYOND immature (they steal from store and from employee lockers, smoke weed on their lunch breaks, start fights and rude to everyone) .. you have to go to P&C one million times to get your schedule or pay straightened out and even still, nothing seems to get fixed or you're told to go to a certain person, but that person directs you to someone else.... orientation and training is not comprehensive and on your first day you get thrown onto the sales floor without any direction... the sales floor and shelves are dusty, making the clothes dusty and dirty as well... overall, it's a chaotic mess and it's best you find somewhere else to work
