Pros

Good detailed training. Make many friends.

Cons

I have worked in retail for 15 years and this is the worst company. I have ever worked for. There is very little organisation from day to day, the department managers and upwards just swan around all day pretending to look busy whilst the staff are pressured to do the impossible. The way the staff are treated and spoken to is disgusting, I worked for a newly opened store, and by the time the store had been trading a month 30+ members of staff had already left due to this reason alone.
