Pros

The colleagues are amazing to work with, when you actually can talk to them. The customers can also be so kind.

Cons

The management and supervisors enjoy the authority over you so look down on you and push you whilst they stand and chat about their night out. Customers can treat you like dirt and look down on you.

Pros

Friendly staff and good team work. Overtime is available but only for "some" staff.

Cons

Low salary, no staff discount, poor training, poor management, you have to learn everything yourself, you learn when it is required, lots of rules, it feels like the management dont trust you,no incentives.
