Pros

In my Harrow store (North West London), staff are very very friendly and so are management. You can have a laugh; they make my experience there much better. However, it's not like that for all stores unfortunately. Very good hours: they're quite considerate of private life, especially if you're a student Easy to build relations

Cons

Terrible pay rate! Never expect to leave at the end of your contracted shift; you always have to stay back and tidy the store which takes a lot of time and effort. Customers leave a mess, and they don't care. You spend hours folding t shirts just to see them ruined again Crowded stores, stock everywhere + always busy

Cons

Some of the managers weren't easy to understand becaue they came from overseas.
