Mangers are extremely rude and disrespectful. They do not view you as a human they view you as a Robot always wanting more and more from you. More then is actually possible. The staff are rude and have already formed groups. They will turn against you to get their own way!! You do not get a thank you nor any appreciation for staying and extra hour or for helping someone who needs help. It is ridiculous!You get bullied by the managers and they talk about team work helping everyone in the store but when you actually do go and help someone they get angry at you and make it i to a fake story or gossip. ️honestly ive work for Primark a couple of times now and this experience has been my worst so far. It's been so bad that I ask myself every day before my shift is this what I really want ? How long am I really going to be doing this and putting up with this for before I break? Im already at my breaking point I don't know how much more I can take. Don't trust anyone in there not even the managers out of a large number of staff I see on a daily basis maybe about 50-80 staff I only trust 3 people ! Be careful who you talk to because they are out to get you ! It is very one sided they ask you to help others but no one comes to help you or even asks if you need help yet your supposed to ask them since its 'team work'. You don't get any discounts or staff Benefits. They don't seem to understand that you have a life outside of the store.
