Pros

There is always a lot of overtime for both weekday and weekend staff. Majority of employees in my store are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

No staff discount which I believe is well deserved. Not the best pay for the amount of work required from you.

Pros

Other employees are always super friendly. Lots of opportunities to be creative and make your own decisions as a VM. Frequent opportunity for overtime.

Cons

Sometimes can be overloaded with jobs to do, communication could be improved to minimise this as often managers don't realise the jobs you already have.
