Pros

Fixed hours contract, nice people, good visual team, opportunity to travel, fast progression for sales staff, easy, good training, first access to new clothes, no weekends for full time staff

Cons

Basic pay, long full time hours, bad management, bad health and safety practices, no staff discount, unpaid induction, unpaid breaks, large interview process, bad overtime policies

With new manager in place, more organisation leading to better running of store and happier staff

Cons

Lower management (15 years service) too stuck in their ways not willing to learn and making working with them extremely difficult
