Pros

Opportunities for overtime. Uniform tops provided. Friendly co workers (the other sales assistants, not the supervisors and managers). Don't have to ask permission to go to the loo.

Cons

No help with large work loads. Shouted at when talking to other staff members for work related matters. Low pay. Not given the opportunity to go on tills or use ones strengths. Supervisor called Jenny and manager Prince, rude to various staff members.

Pros

Great standards and customer focused. Great price points on merchandise.

Cons

Lots of favoritism taking place with senior management. Technology is outdated and company is too focused on cost control to adopt new solutions. No policies in place to ensure employees are being treated fairly so store management does whatever they want. Senior managers lack serious professionalism and are heard gossiping about employees on the sales floor.
