Pros

Core overtime option where you are automatically assigned hours Always overtime available for you to select and sign up to besides using core Acceptable contract hours on weekends

Cons

Pay could be more Could have benefits - no employee discount is provided Transfer system could be better - as a student I cannot transfer to my home store for shorter periods of time i.e. Christmas/Easter. Only over an extended period (Summer)

Immediate managers and supervisors for nights are amazing and take good care of staff wellbeing holistically.

Cons

Store management higher up can be heartless when you phone in sick or have to take time off for being attacked for defending a woman when she gets attacked.
