Pros

Good canteen, good pay, modern furnished environment, always lots of overtime going. Friendly people and atmosphere

Cons

Poor management structure, managers do fuc* all and don't know what there doing, layout of store and how stock is organised is a joke. Not enough training given to supervisors or managers, not enough training given to staff on what to do in certain situations.

Pros

Very informal setting, bosses are not too fussed about you talking to friends as long as you are getting on with your job in a professional manner.

Cons

The store I work in is always very hot and stuffy, some customers can be very rude and arrogant but all in all it is quite an ideal job for a student.

THE best reasons for working at primark are the way that everyone works together and supports each other, and the friendly atmosphere
