      Good Job for a starter for work life.

      Pros

      Flexible in breaks. Chance to meet new people. Develop sense of initiation if committed enough. No pressure from targets. Lots of overtime

      Cons

      Little room to develop after being there for 1 and a half years. Little opportunity to develop communication skills. Depends on your store but there will also be lazy people who will dump and make your section to clean harder.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, overtimes (if you're good), quite easy to progress once you prove yourself. Nice management team, decent pay

      Cons

      long hours and unpaid brakes that you're forced to take, heavy workload, especially on busy times, you'll get stuff only if you're a friend of someone in a higher position

      Colleagues ALWAYS willing to help and they try their best to make you feel welcome, senior staff also are nice, in the fact that in the first weeks they don't expect too much out of you, they praise you for the work you have done and know that you're not instantly going to know where things are or what to do in a situation. My manager in particular is very friendly and doesn't treat me like an employee, more like a friend- which is good if you're new and feeling nervous or anxious

      Cons

      it can get monotonous sometimes, and if you're new and are told to put the returned products back it can sometimes be hard to find where they go, for example a specific blouse may not be in the blouse section so you have to ask somebody- and in this case it may even be from another store in which the product isn't on sale in your shop, therefore you've been looking around for 10 minutes only to be told we don't actually stock it in here.
