Pros

Its an easy job, no targets to meet/customers to approach. Heard its easy to relocate.

Cons

Low wage - <18 is £4.35 p/hr, 18-21 is £5.50 Very fixed hours no flexibilty/rearrangement No discount/benefits (only 10% off at christmas) Same area all day - can be folding t shirts for a full day, nothing else at all.

Diversity in culture. Values people from all over the world. Alot of overtimes all around the year.

Cons

No employee discount. Should improve interview technique to only get hard working people on board.

You can get plenty of over time although it's not organised very well and some of the people are nice

Cons

No staff discount, poorly paid, management are two faced and a lot of the staff are rude
