Good career progression for those wanting a career in retail, many different avenues to explore.

Cons

As with most retail jobs working during peak times such as summer holidays and Christmas can be very busy and demanding.

Pros

The pension scheme - Primark match your contribution - so if you say 10%, they'll match it 10%.

Cons

If you want to get noticed for promotion (eg supervisor), it seems like you have to be all best friends and go out on the lash with management.
