      Good team environment and supportive colleagues. Flexible part-time hours which worked well with other commitments. The role helped build customer service skills, confidence dealing with customers, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment.

      Cons

      The store can get very busy during weekends and peak shopping periods which can lead to long queues and pressure at the tills. Shifts can sometimes feel repetitive.
