Pros

The staff are really nice and friendly.

Cons

Holidays are minimal and are dependant on how much you work. Managers can be overebearing and the sick leave is not good as they are making it extreme.

Pros

Great pay, just increased to £14.56. Management is friendly but stern with keeping you on track on your tasks. Typical mindless part time busy work.

Cons

Floors are huge. If you're a returner prepare to burn a lot of calories. Managers aren't always on shop floor yet you need to inform one whenever you leave the shop floor. Working in fitting rooms, there is little to no signage and customer guidance, so customers often ignore your request to put things back on hangers. There are periods typically the beginning of the year to just before summer where overtime is not available and so contracted workers are often understaffed.
