      Easy job but very stressful

      Pros

      Met some loveliest work colleagues I have ever worked with. A great community. Bonuses including a staff discount.

      Cons

      Dealt with the rudest customers who thought they were above the laws. Constantly treated as a nobody or lowly by customers. Some days I had to work overtime (which we didn't agreed to) due the huge mess customers have left us to tidying and cleaning up before we could go home.

      It's run like a prison Not allowed water without asking Not allowed a toilet break without asking not allowed to talk to other colleagues, at all Not allowed to sit down for a second not allowed to talk to customers for more than 30 seconds without being told to 'crack on'
