      Pros

      As a part-time supervisor, I am only contacted to weekends. There tends to be plenty of overtime to pick up Monday-Friday, as long as the store is not worrying about over spending (sometimes there is no overtime even when we have staff shortage). The team I work with are all very pleasant.

      Cons

      Do tend to get quite a lot of rude customer's. Retail assistants and supervisors are sometimes overruled when following company policy by a manager to avoid customer complaints. Supervisors do tend to get a lot of workload during opening hours and managers tend to stay upstairs in the office to avoid the shop floor.
