Pros

Good hours, great pay for young people - £9.66 for under 23s, usually overtime available

Cons

Little staff perks, the staff discount only runs seasonally. Holidays aren’t paid (at least not in my experience). Breaks are unpaid. Rotas are not done in advance, as a weekend worker the rota gets put out on a saturday so I have one day of notice for my sunday shift.

Pros

You Can Make A lot Of Money Here & Move Up Fast With Hardwork.

Cons

You Will Get talked down on by management. They bully you into wanting to and tell you they’re on your back because “ it’s their job “. The People and culture team is one sided and doesn’t consider or listen to both sides in situations that involve management. Also , management makes fun of hijab, kemars, and other religious head wraps or body coverings.
