      OK company, but a lot changes very quickly

      Pros

      -The pay is above average for retail -Generous with PTO and time off -Set schedules -You'll learn a lot and can take the skills you learn elsewhere

      Cons

      The sentiment that they care about their employees is smoke and mirrors. There is opportunity to grow but not really for VM. They put a lot on the backs of VM without recognition and quite frankly, reward ($$).
