Smart people, interesting work, focus on employee development/training and learning, diversity and inclusion is not just a slogan, changing roles every 3-4 years so you don’t get (too) bored, decent comp&ben

Cons

Complexity of some processes, pretty political as you go up the ladder

great benefits, great pay, flexibility to work from home

Cons

when you get over 55 you are too expensive for P&G and they will find a way to retire you (great separation package though)
