Pros

great culture and superiors, awesome colleagues

Cons

Terrible career track for researchers. Scientists are highly favoured over researchers, as it takes only 3-5 years for scientists to advance to the senior scientist level, whereas it takes typically 10-15 years or more for outstanding researchers to rise 3 levels up to the same level. The difference is that scientists have Masters or PhD/experience, but researchers have bachelor's degree. Very very few in the researcher track will stay on in the long term.
