Technical Career Track

Business Outlook

Pros

Caring Management, Work-Life Balance, Growth

Cons

Technical Career track is too slow for biology and chemistry majors. Disheartening to be compared to two year degrees. Valued less. Engineers will always be there star children.

Pros

A big company with top class processes. There's a process for everything. People are great to work with.

Cons

Too much red tape to get things done. They don't always listen to the expert in the room. Career progression has a lot to be desired within R&D.

Pros

they give you a part of your salary in dollars, what it is good for us due to the change control in the country.

Cons

researchers are not valued as should be, they are less than an engineering and no matter that both careers take the same time to get the degree
