Pros

It's the best paid MBA in the world: the training and developing opportunities are endless and of extremely good quality. The projects are as massive as you want them to be. It's a great school. The question is, when to graduate from it?

Cons

Everyone works long days (8.00 to 20.00) then goes home and reconnects for a couple of hours, and finally works over the week-end... The trouble is that, this becomes the benchmark, and when ratings are given, it's impossible to get a good rating while having worked 'only' 12hours per day on week days. This explains why there are almost no 'old' people in this company and why ALL brand managers take a sabbatical at some point - it's not a sustainable rhythm.

Pros

Process driven activities pushed positive results. Everyone was very intelligent and very open to making time to speak to you when you first start the job. The open workspace was ideal for creating an open atmosphere to communicate yet it was very difficult to approach management without an appointment request.

Cons

The work life balance is non-existent. The pay is great, yet when you factor in the hours worked it ends up being a very low $/hr. One is really selling their soul to work here. Management repeats the vision statement about the company and asks that you create presentations based on the most current "vision." Be, careful of how you work on projects as an intern. You may be told that you are doing fine one day, then the next day you will find out that your work is unsatisfactory. The work environment is competitive and aggressive. People are only willing to help you if it will benefit them. Management preaches about creating creative presentations, yet they must be completed in a preset template.

Pros

Great experience working for a large CPG company Ability to work across multiple businesses lends itself to personal growth and development Smart, talented people 100% tuition reimbursement

Cons

If you're not hired into management, it is nearly impossible to move into management P&G will reimburse you for your MBA, but not allow you to become a manger when you graduate Everyone wants to "make their mark" and prove themselves to get promoted, which lends itself to poorly planned initiatives and projects being rolled out The corporate culture revolves around "what have you done for me lately?"
