Pros

- lots of flexibility in your first year - you have real ownership and responsibility for your work - lots of support, albeit not always good, from managers if you need it - ok salary and perks - company car if you're in Sales

Cons

Slow career progression Overly bureacratic, too many acronyms used that few people really understand Very slow, often takes ages to get simple internal processes done Success is based more on relationships with managers than actual contribution to team Lots of driving in your first year Your locational preferences are not guaranteed

Pros

Great flexibility, good benefits, good culture

Cons

Company isn't good about following their promote from within policy. Inexperienced undergraduates and MBA's are offered virtually all entry level management roles making it extremely difficult for top-rated, tenured employees to move from an A&T role into the management track.
