Pros

Good benefits and most of bosses will take good care of your career progression,

Cons

if you are unlucky with a terrible boss then become disaster. And process is sometimes too slow due to company size

Pros

Cons

want to pound nails into the floor with your head? want to do it nonstop and never be thanked or feel appreciated? come on in P and G will ruin your health life and dreams. job sucks, training is non-existent, hours are abysmal. you have to work over 60hrs a week to make a living. This job makes me want to drive my car into oncoming traffic.
