Pros

Very competitive pay and benefits package that will be hard to beat from majority of the firms out there.

Cons

They've recently starting quietly shifting operations to India across 2 years to cut cost and as a result, has let several (possibly hundreds] employees go.

Pros

Seems to have many programs in place as a result of long history.

Cons

Huge pool of red flags for external hires that is not recognised by staff - since 90% of employment pool has been there since internship days/ first jobbers and have come to see this as their own 'culture'. From religious topics, nationality discussions to actual work practices & wrong data... do not recommend giving up a good career outside to join the org's ecosystem as it looks shiny from the outside (and to original staff i guess).

Pros

Structured process, good benefits & compensation

Cons

Too many expats (esp. higher management), focused on business results vs employee growth vs before
