Pros

Good mentorship network and friendly people.

Cons

Pretentious and focus on relationship. Promotion is about how well you are liked. Company always claims they rarely lay off people but they do it in other ways. Always want to keep up a visage that they are best place to work at but they are just as capitalist as elsewhere. Also people from HQ mostly white no diversity and a little bit ignorant. Not a good place for minority.

Pros

Great Pay, 2 months fixed bonus, prestige

Cons

Toxic up & out culture. Will make your life tough and see who can 'take it'. Average 12-16 hours working so your pay per hour is low.

Pros

General workflow is easy to understand at a base level. You continuously learn what's expected of you, and it's not hard to keep up under normal circumstances. My personal management has also been very good and genuinely cares about my progression.

Cons

"Normal Circumstances" is the thing here. Line speed can wildly vary, and it's down to your luck on if you're on a fast / slow line, and how you handle it. I'm not enjoying the fast pace required of me each day, and my peers hired with me in different areas genuinely have a less intense workday; their own words when comparing line duties. Not really much opportunity to switch things up. You will be where they need / want you. There are also a large amount of asinine company requirements to keep up with. Logging a total of 20 things online that the company knows is bull, just to keep checking a box and be satisfied. There's more asinine box ticking than I've ever seen at any company, but mainly for higher positions. What you have to deal with as an N1 new hire is not that bad in that regard, but I've seen many higher positions get screwed over in their promotions and shoved into higher responsibilities without proper compensation for far too long.
