Pros

You work with some of the smartest people you’ll ever work with. You learn how to present information in the best possible way.

Cons

It is a political snake pit drowning in DEI. Although DEI is measurably harming the company, even just general office politics is over the top toxic. Once you reach a certain level, people have no conscious, it’s all about the next step.

Pros

-benefits -option to buy more PTO -hybrid work arrangement -opportunity to travel -good to have P&G on your resume

Cons

-pay is good if you live in a low cost of living city however it is low if you are located in a high cost of living city, they do not scale it. -half your team could be based in Europe, they will get more vacation time, better flexibility, and all around more work/life balance with no early mornings. -things were very disorganized and middle management prevents growth and adds to more swirl and rework for no reason other than feeling important. -Working parents get priority and flexibility, while single people are expected to dedicate their lives 24/7 to work to pick up the slack. - Little room for growth. -Company is very cautious and therefore getting beaten by competition all approvals (even tiny ones) are ultimately up to the highest level of management and then they wonder why the products do not appeal to young people.

Pros

Great working level team member, typically younger members are fun

Cons

- Very toxic directors and leadership, only share the good stuffs but hides issues under the rug - not equal opportunities for all, very political if you want to be promoted
