Flexible WFH and RTO setup No time in and out

Very low salary for non-managerial roles Amount of workload is not equated monetarily Too much competition Had to work for a project and wait for fiscal year end only to get low salary bump Promotion is almost non-existent Work is exhausting. They normalize 2FTE workload for 1FTE and they are proud of this as FTE savings

- overload with work - no vacation backup system (when you leave on vacation you work double to be 'ahead' and when you come back you work double to catch up) - unfair system for promotions - all old bosses are men and now no more white men are allowed to promote to 'equalize the field' for women and other minorities, but of course the older white men just keep their unchallenged spot while white men just settle for lower managerial levels or leave the company - it was a much better company 10 years ago, many long-term employees live from memories and melancholy - benefits are ok, but continue to be cut: almost no salary raises no matter the inflation, targets get higher so that bonuses get lower, benefits for internal shop get smaller, almost no cost support for working from home
