Pros

Good if you can drink the Kool Aid

Cons

-They don’t care about safety -Good luck getting step up cards done -They will censure you if you speak out -You will be suspended for telling on employees illegal drug use. -Line leaders are a bunch of awkward college kids.

No career progression

Pros

Great culture. Overall nice people to work with. Good mentors.

Cons

- no work life balance - no career progression for researchers. Can only promote once or twice in your entire career life. - HR publicly restrict advancements to scientist which has a way better career prospect. Going to scientist from researcher role feels like applying to being a president of a country. - lesser pay increments now meaning no plans to make researcher roles more attractive in the long run.

Pros

Good benefits Mostly nice people Encourages continuous learning

Cons

-Destroying the environment with hundreds of millions of plastic products produced every day...and only pays lip service to actual change based on the cost of switching to sustainable materials. -VERY slow progression with 3 percent cost of living raises and no bonuses. -Antiquated data infrastructure that breaks weekly -Aging senior management lacking technical skills -Questionable ethics in several plants -Lower band managers are stretched thin as the higher band levels continue to "empower" their lower level managers with more work and no increase in pay.
