Pros

Compensation, super intelligent co-workers you can learn a lot from, variety of jobs via 2-3 year assignments (corporate).

Cons

Internal politics are insane - you are constantly encouraged to network within, even with people you've never spoken to and will never work with. The pressure builds as you near new assignments as some of these are determined by how well you are liked by your new potential manager. Lots of "Live to work" types, and "working to live" is looked down upon by upper management (band 4+) as a "lack of initiative" My office was very "clique'y" and if you weren't in the "in" crowd you got viewed negatively.

Pros

Benefits are awesome. Starting pay if decent especially if one is just out of high school.

Cons

Rough hours, hard concrete floor, 12 hours shifts on a 3.2.2. day nigh rapid rotation, a lot of micromanagement,. You are too tired to do anything on your days off. Toxic "Good Ol'Boy" culture. Non Union. Seniority means nothing. Some supervisors and low level managers are vindictive and will set you up to get in trouble, or fail or both. They say they are all about diversity and inclusion but its not really practiced. I doubt the rest of P&G is like Tabler Station in Inwood West Virginia.

Cons

Rotating shifts, is lagging behind other companies on pay. Difficult to get hired on, high turn over rate.
