Pros

Established company. There’s strong stability. Culture varies depending on where you are. Competitive salary. Professional environment.

Cons

Although the company is trying to change, it still operates in an old culture. It takes for granted the non-managers who are working hard to grow and be considered for management. Many already have the managerial responsibilities, just not the title and pay. Continuously passed on for straight out of college and no experience new hires that these non-managers many times have to train as their backfill.

Pros

It all depends on what Dept you are in some are wayyy worse than others but none of them are great.

Cons

-bad and unethical management - swing shift - pay and progression has been altered so it’s a slim to none chance of becoming fully paid - retirement and health insurance have changed for the worse - rarely cost of living raise no bonuses - you are just a number they can move u to diff Dept’s without any input from u they can pretty much do what they want - the moral is so low - people will lie and step all over you if it will make them look good
