Pros

Big Brand Image (Legacy) Career Opportunities (although you need more relationships than performance for this)

Cons

Lacks Inclusion of Diversity of thoughts, background, culture and style Operates with lack of transparency as a principle where things are purposely kept murky, hidden so that employees are short changed HR department does not aim to balance employee and employer's PoV. Rather, looks to only protect employer aspects and several times at the cost of being fair to employees Very Chaotic work environment where people are focused on marketing themselves rather than getting the job done and rarely focusing on doing the right thing. Incompetent, Insecure and Political environment - where people just lament in the past way of doing things, without really understanding if they are right or applicable in today's business environment Very Hierarchical in nature where people address you, talk to you and treat you based on your Band Level and not really based on what you bring on table Pathetic Work Life Balance (or Work Life Integration as they call it here) and very little or no care for health (physical and mental) of the employees. Very slow decision making where bucks passed from one person / dept to another No Autonomy or Empowerment, even for smallest of decisions need to go to senior management Very Outdated policies and people practices, even in compensation

Pros

Fantastic collaborative environment with some very passionate people, and loads of opportunities for learning across teams, brands and markets. Opportunities to work with some of the biggest and best agencies and work on high-profile campaigns.

Cons

The experience seems to be heavily dependent on your direct Manager, of which there are many great ones, but also some very poor ones. It can be hard to escape the shadow of a poor manager here, with few secure support structures.
