Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Paid time off. Holidays off or extra pay for working holidays. Good people and environment. Workplace incentives like free and discounted products several times a year. Honestly, this is one of the best places I have ever worked.

Cons

The swing shift schedule is not for the faint of heart. There are several versions of this schedule throughout the plant: rapid rotation is alternating between day shift and night shift after off days (ie day shifts, off, night shifts, off, day shifts, off, night shifts, off, etc.), slow rotation is 2 weeks of day shifts followed by 2 weeks of night shifts. Other areas have varying schedules, but those are the most common in the plant. It is very hard on the body and mind.

Pros

decent pay, poor health care.

Cons

12 hour rotating shifts, management is top-heavy, dirty work, not appreciated, working with run-down equipment so stock holders get their dividends. The list goes on and on!!!
