Pros

Great salary and benefits for the area.

Cons

Favoritism and office politics. Little or strained interaction between employees and management. Blaming and punishment from management is the norm.

Pros

Excellent people and overall team atmosphere: most young, smart, talented, dedicated, yet approachable & fun. High level of trust of upper management in employees to organize, own and deliver on their conmitments as they like. Exposure, direct work with and coaching from top managnent. Interesting projects, dynamic business and consumer context. Exposure to top notch marketing, analytics and consumer research suppliers. Business shows signs of turning around after long period of stagnation/ decline. Competitive compensation.

Cons

Questionable value added of numerous mid-upper managers and directors while a lot of talent is stuck with careers at levels below.
