Pros

Every P&G lab employs technically excellent people. Work is very challenging but deadlines are relaxed. Excellent work/life balance with fantastic managers. Very people oriented. Huge access to all kinds of facilities. P&G is a big company and if you have it on your CV the you've "made" it.

Cons

Business plans are not generally shared and tended to be glossed over. When the businesses are not doing well it did not give us confidence that we could get out of the rut. Upper management have an old school way of thinking. Many have learnt their trade within the company and so are very insular with their thinking. This means that many projects are canned or delayed with very few making it to market.

Pros

Good pay Career growth options available

Cons

Toxic and disrespectful management. Little work life balance. Too much expectations that focus on "show" rather than actually "doing" what is good and right.

Pros

It pays well and there is always a lot of room to get promoted and move up in the company. Chances are that you will get to travel and see a good portion of the United States and the world. The benefits are good and the product giveaways are convenient.

Cons

It is extremely corporate, and there is not a lot of room for individualism or creativity. Problems need to be solved the "P&G way." Some of the people are also very stubborn when given advice on how to solve a problem, thinking that their way is always the best way. The hours are very long as well, especially if you work in a plant.
