Some benefits, a little more money than other else.

Cons

No work life balance. Unhealty work environment. Almost imposible to get a promotion unless you add diversity (sexual orientation, racial or gender)

Pros

Great academy for leadership skills, challenging experiences from day 1 and excellent working environment. There’s a lot of opportunities for growth, they really care on developing their people.

Cons

Workload is too high. There are seasons where you have to spend a lot of time dealing with a lot of work in order to keep up with the business needs.
