Pros

Flexible company when you work for good bosses. Good pay for the area.

Cons

Benefits are not a great as they once were. The company views their idea of leadership as more important than technical skills and the ability to perform actual work.

Pros

Best place to start your career and learn and grow in an accelerated fashion, No one can match the quality of coaching and guidance from leaders.

Cons

Recent times, too many changes, leadership struggling to manage Shareholders who are wild wolves and creating a negative spiral for the company. Short term pressure is now allowing the best people to blossom fully and structure is built for conflict and power play among executives. There is too much emphasis on intellectual thinking vs. acting.
