Pros

Access to training: technical and managerial. I don't think any other company can compare to how much P&G is focused on people's growth Salary: very competitive between 2-5yrs experience but aligned with the work load requested Opportunities: progressing fast in first 5yrs is possible - getting lot of autonomy, responsibility and ability to influence important decisions. Do the right thing: you can speak up and will be heard when you think actions going around are not compliant with company Purpose Values and Principles. It is a safe place to work and a great place to work - as per reputation: ideal for a career start! If you get the chance try it and decide afterwards if you want to stay :)

Cons

Work load :) let s be clear, you are there by passion but you should be ready to give it 200% very often. While work-life balance is strongly advertised many people are highly stressed and few can manage having a career and a 40hrs week, even from entry level Career change: while P&G used to promote changing department and location, the past 5yrs it has been very hard to make it happen. Brainwashing: not everybody is made for P&G, there is a style and a way to communicate. If you do not fit you either won't get hired or will leave within 1-2yrs

Pros

Procter provides a Tremendous learning and growth environment. You are a urrounded by top talent/high achievers so you find that you're constantly "elevating your game"

Cons

The above dynamic is a double-edged sword" -- outstanding people are made to feel "average". Virtually everyone who leaves rediscovers their relative worth outside of P&G

Pros

Decent pay, overtime is x2 on Sunday (standard x1.5 all other days), most management is easily approachable, PTO is ok, but could be better. Company is very safety focused in a way I have never seen before (all companies pay lip service to safety, few are as dedicated as P&G). For a manufacturing plant it is very clean and quiet (relatively speaking).

Cons

Insurance is not the best, high copays. Some animosity between shifts. Forced overtime is common, though they are working to avoid it. Work/life balance can be difficult as you aren't sure when overtime might hit. The CEO makes more in a day than I do in a year (I get that this is standard, but it's irksome)
