Pros

Good salary, benefits and growth opportunities. They have a very good training program and the annual sales conferences are always fun. It's a good place to work for a while, make a good money and then find something else, but a hell if you have long term plans. They don't want you there for a long time neither...

Cons

Workload, greed people, young and unexperienced managers. It's not a place for new ideas. People in CDB are not paid to question but to execute. If you don't agree with the strategies proposed, it's your problem. If you're not happy ask to leave before someone step on your head. It's a company where the end justifies the means.

Pros

Great colleagues (quite a few of them), great examples of perfect strategies and executions.

Cons

A lot of bad stuff too: managers trying to hide their backs (here should be another word, but GD does not allow :)), liying and neglecting what they have just said. HR was awful.

Pros

Company values, Pay, Company Car, Looks great on a resume. If you start on the right track, you can make it a career for life.

Cons

Company Culture looks great on paper but there is no follow-through; employees don't live by it daily as they should. Work-Life Balance, Management was not trained at all and made unethical decisions. Made a terrible experience even worse. You are just a number, no one knows your name. Very political. If you don't start in a good role, your future promotions and assignments will suffer. Make sure you work on a top customer team or you'll never get exposure. Different rules, regulations, and training for different divisions.
