Pros

- Considerable cash comp at Band 2+ - World-class expertise within Brand Management - Cincinnati provides high quality of life and increasingly-vibrant atmosphere - The P&G brand, itself, carries weight - Easy to fly under-the-radar once hired, if career is not your top priority

Cons

- Young tech professionals should not join. IT leadership is drastically weaker than Brand counterparts. - Subpar benefits. Most notably: no 401k match. - Nickel-and-diming of employees (low-quality food, parking, some insurance options, etc. come at employee expense) - Inflexibility on remote work

More cons than pros

Pros

Spending time with smart switched on people (when you're actually in the office). Diversity and Inclusion focus.

Cons

Senior management is arrogant and erratic, create rework and inefficient processes. Toxic company culture, personal attacks and backstabbing are tolerated. Company is understaffed and new hires are thrown into roles they're not ready for. Office location half an hour out of the city. Compensation less competitive vs the companies staff are leaving for.
