Good from afar but far from good...

Pros

Abundance of resources. Quick growth opportunities for early years / graduates. Strong brands. Safe and stable company. Strong values.

Cons

Experienced Hires risk alienation / poor onboarding / lack of career progression. Culture is toxic, individuals will undermine and discredit others work for personal gain. "Proctoids" People so ingrained in the company they act and sound alike. Lack of individual accountability - P&Gers can essentially get away with poor performance if their boss / clique allow it. School like atmosphere. Staff afraid of heirachy / more senior colleagues. Nervous of change. Lack of autonomy, if a process isnt written down people dont know what to do. Experienced hire comp is below the external market and opportunities for progression is severely limited. Environment suited to early years vs Experienced talent.
