Pros

The people are really nice, most individuals are ready to help and provide their insights.

Cons

Compensation is not great. Senior management will hold your career back in order to promote their personal agendas, even if you are a high performer.

Pros

Good for long term employement

Cons

Workload is not evenly distributed - very very high for few roles and very low for few roles and everyone in the same band gets paid almost the same irrespective of the workload and your experience outside P&G does not really count unless you enter the company as a manager.
