Pros

-Profit Sharing -Salary -Vacation is nice after working there 5+ years. They give you 3 weeks -11 holidays -Flexibility to leave to tend to children or go to doctors appointments during the day -

Cons

-Lack of collaboration - People take credit away from you -Managers are horrible. The company will allow anyone to be a manager. -Upper management is to concerned about their own promotions rather than health of the department -Lack of innovation -Too much red tape and systems - HR not punishing employees even when questionable unethical practices have been documented -Highly political -In or out mentallity -Lack of training -Lack of 401K
