Pros

Payment and benefits are really good

Cons

Work - life Balance took a turn for the worse with people being retrenched and the work being distributed to the remaining employees. People are overwhelmed with the management not caring, they are actually praising those working well into the night. This was never the case when I joined the company but has become an acceptable habit being driven by top management.

Pros

Some good friendly colleagues, and occasional free razors and shampoo.

Cons

Terrible management. Most people have only ever worked for P&G since graduation (something they are proud of) but the reality is that this leads to a cult like culture, poor business perspective and a lack of valuable outside perspective. The low pay for London results in poor staff at manager levels and a high turn over at junior grades. There are limited opportunities to attend courses or training, and no opportunities to gain professional qualifications that can aid you in the future - this builds to further trap people with P&G.
