Pros

- You receive great responsibility form day 1 and this is what accelerates your learning. You become business mature much faster than your peers at other companies. - Company has well-thought processes, everything gets done fast. - A lot of trainings and trainings materials

Cons

To much politics. Company started to value more your networks and conection inside the company, with whom you go to lunches, etc. than what you can actually bring into the company. They kill every ounce of creativity and spirit you want to bring and they promote corporate rat race. Promote from within policy resulted in the lack of younger managers. People working for P&G for 10-20 years are detached from the market and don't know what opportunities are out there outside of P&G.
