Pros

Pay, vacation, retirement and you can learn alot of valuable skills while there.

Cons

The buddy system is crazy there. Extreme nepotism. Way to many managers vs techs. Young kids fresh out of school telling you how to make diapers that you have been making since they were wearing them. Reverse discrimination if you are a straight white male you dont have a chance.

Pros

The pay was well above the industry average.

Cons

Phoney as a $3.00 bill. They would jump on any baloney trend to try to move share a tick. There is nothing on the far left end of the spectrum they won’t do. They preach diversity and inclusion but that does not apply to ideas or thought. If you don’t drink the social justice coolaid you won’t last long. There priority is to continually be on the top 100 places to work list because they only recruit from universities. This leads to adopting any brainless thing or trend of the moment to play in the same grad sandbox as Google and Apple. They say one thing publicly and do the opposite behind the scenes. Very political. Run by 25 year old typical urban millennial associate brand managers. Two years in a role means they never get very good at much of anything. Work life balance here is a myth.
