You are given lots of freedom in organising your work and on how to deliver objectives. Work - life balance is embedded in the culture of the company with lots of opportunities for regular or occasional flex work possibilities. international environment. Possibility to have multiple assignments in different categories and R&D disciplines.

Cons

Career progression is slow and future outlook is even worse given reduction in management level positions. Extremely limited opportunities for international experiences given by the company.
