On a downward slope

Business Outlook

Pros

Work life balance, leadership roles

Cons

Great place for mediocre performance, not the place for aspirants. Lots of internal politics and Egyptians ruling over as top bosses. Business in India is doing bad and top management is busy redefining the targets so that their scorecard is met every year.
